The terms «Hemp», «us», «we» and «our» are including Group H.E.M.P.ca Inc. and its parent company. («Hemp» / «we» / «us») is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy describes how we collect, store, use and distribute information about our customers through the Web site, including all services provided by the Web site (the «Services»).

CONSENT

By using our Web site and/or our Services, you are consenting to the utilization of your personal information as described in this privacy policy. Except as otherwise stated in this policy, your personal information will not be used for any other purpose without your consent. We will not actively collect your personal information for any commercial purpose in any way that can identify you.  In other words, we do not sell our customers lists. You can withdraw your consent to our access at your personal information at any time. However, the withdrawal of your consent can prevent you from further using our Web site/services.

We wish to collect, use and disclose only the information that is necessary for us to manage your account, provide you with services, update our customers and visitors lists, answer your requests or for identification and authentication purposes. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information is identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, credit card details, birth date and sex. At the time of the gathering, we will clearly identify the collected information and for what purpose it is meant to be used. This non-personal information is collected or derived by us for the purpose of this Web site. USE OF INFORMATION

We collect information for the following purposes:

Registration and purchases: to purchase products on our Web site, you must create an account and provide personal information such as your full name, your email address and your credit card details. To the day of the hereby Privacy Policy, we will only share your personal information regarding the Web site with our services providers, including our Web site host, our cloud services provider, our payment services providers and our analysis providers. Our services providers store data in Canada and in the USA and, consequently, your personal information can be put at the disposition of Canadian/American governments or organisms under a lawful order, apart from the guarantees that we have put into place for the protection of your personal information.

From time to time, we can hire third parties to help us improving the Web site and/or the services. Those third parties can have a limited access to our user data base solely for the purpose of helping us improving the Web site and/or the services and they will be under strict contractual regulations preventing them from using that information for any other purpose.

We are taking the necessary technical, contractual, administrative and physical measures in order to protect the personal information that you are providing to us. RETENTION

We will keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the above-mentioned purposes or accordingly with the law, which could extend beyond the termination of our relation with you. We can retain certain data in order to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate professional reasons such as for the analysis of aggregate and anonymous data, accountability, or, if applicable, by law. All personal information retained will remain subject to this privacy policy. If you ask to have your name removed from our databases, it may be impossible to delete all of your personal information due to technological and legal constraints.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any moment. If we decide to amend this privacy policy in the future, we will notify you on the home page of the Website. Any non-material amendment (such as clarifications) of the hereby privacy policy would be effective on the date of its publication and any important change would be effective 30 days after their publication on the Website.
